JOHN HOWIE CLUB POINTS
JH Club rewards can be earned and redeemed across all of John Howie
Restaurants. Points are earned to advance you to the next tier.
- *10% reward on all purchases to spend on future visits
- 10 points earned for every $1. Spent to apply toward tier status
- $75. Birthday gift to spend during your birthday month *Review reward restrictions on our terms and conditions page.
- $50. Anniversary gift to spend during your anniversary month*Review reward restrictions on our terms and conditions page.
- Rewards for birthdays and anniversaries are issued on the first day of the celebration month (e.g., if your birthday is May 15th, your reward is issued on May 1st). Each reward is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- New members joining in their celebration month will receive their first reward on the first day of the following month’s celebration cycle.
- Birthday and Anniversary rewards have a minimum spend that must be met before tax, service charge or any discounts (i.e.gift cards)

How do I join the John Howie Club?
Option 1: You can use the link below to sign up directly on the website. You’ll navigate to the website, click sign up, fill in the required fields, and click submit.
Or download the app John Howie Club available in your ios or google play store.
Option 2: If you’re dining at one of the restaurants, your server will leave you with an John Howie Club information card. You can scan the QR code on the card with your camera on your mobile device and will be navigated to the website to complete sign-up using the steps from the first option.

How do I get my points added to my account
Your server should ask if you are a rewards member before opening or closing your check, but if they don’t, feel free to alert them to your member status.
You can either provide them with a code generated from our app, or simply give them your phone number.
How do I redeem rewards?
When you dine-in or order takeout, you earn bankable points and rewards as a member of the club. Points determine your rewards club tier and only change with a purchase. when Points never expire as long as your account is active (used at least once a year).
Points accrue to raise your tier to the next status level (Echelon). Rewards are spendable and can be on any visit.
You will receive a 10% each time you dine with JH Restaurants and can spend it any time you like as long as your account remains active (Used at least once each year).
When you enter a restaurant and the server pulls up your rewards account, the reward will be visible, and they can apply it to your check.
If I make a reservation, do my points automatically get added after my visit?
Short answer, no
Your server should ask you before or after your meal if you are a rewards club member and get your check assigned to your rewards account. If they have not, please alert them to your rewards club membership.
