Roll the Dice Promotion
From July 15 through September 10, 2026, guests dining at John Howie Steak or Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar have the chance to make their late-night meal even more memorable with our Roll the Dice promotion.
Join us Sunday through Thursday, dine in the dining room, and arrive after 8:00 PM. At the conclusion of your meal, a manager will invite your table to roll a pair of dice.
If your roll totals six, your food charges will be removed from your check and Chef Howie buys your dinner!
Whether you’re enjoying an expertly prepared steak, the freshest seafood, sushi, or simply gathering with family and friends, Roll the Dice adds a little extra fun to an already memorable evening.

Understand the Roll the Dice Rules
Official Rules for the Roll the Dice Promotion
- One roll per table.
- A manager will present the dice and oversee the roll.
- If the dice fall off the table, stack, lean against another object, or cannot be clearly read,
the roll is invalid and will be rerolled.
- A winning roll is any total of six.(1+5, 3+3, 4+2)
- If a table wins, all food charges will be removed from the check.
- Alcoholic beverages, tax, and service charge remain the responsibility of the guest.
- Split checks do not qualify for additional rolls. Each table receives one official roll.
